Dr. Yoshinori Shirono graduated from Keio University School of Medicine and is known to be the pioneer of anti-aging and laser-treatment in Japan. After establishing Ci:z medical, an anti-aging and laser-treatment clinic group, Dr. Shirono founded Ci:z Holdings Co., Ltd. (Dr. Ci:Labo). Originally traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Ci:z Holdings Co., Ltd. was acquired by Johnson and Johnson at about 2.2 billion dollar valuation. Currently, he manages Ci:z Investment LLP, Ci:z Medical Group, and Ci:z International as a CEO and focuses his time on VC fund management, private equity investment, and real estate investment trust. He also takes on various executive-level roles at invested firms (e.g. CEO at Genesis Healthcare Co., Fukushima SiC-BNCT, etc.).
